NABA CHARITY AND RELIEF WORK

The work of NABA was been extended following its AGM in 2003 with the addition of a Relief Section set up by Dr Riyadh Hamdani (Manchester) in conjunction with the Human Relief Foundation and we are all delighted with its success.  The hard work that has been done by Dr Hamdani, members and supporters has resulted in raising money for new medical equipment and obtaining surplus NHS medical equipment to send to Arab countries.  NABA and its member have been responsible for sending a total of 35 large containers with a total value of over £6 millions pounds

This work could not have been undertaken without the Human Relief Foundation who have funded entirely the shipment of all equipment abroad.

We continue to work on this project and are continuously seeking help from our supporters to help in donating items or funding.

You can see in the second photo from the left, NABA's Relief section chair Dr Riad Al-Hamdani (second from left) and Dr Ahmed Hegab, NABA's Northern Branch Chairman (3rd from left).

We are delighted that through the charity work six kidney dialysis machines have been provided to Bab Alshaaria in Cairo and Faqos, Alsanta, Hahya, Almansora and Almansora Children’s Hospitals.
